It’s Cherry Blossom Time! How to say “full bloom” in Japanese.

It’s Cherry Blossom time in Japan!  Here’s a video I did for Japanese people to learn English, but it also works for you guys learning Japanese!  How do you say “full bloom” in Japanese?

    Konnichiwa! Well Konbawa in my case. So would the full sentence for “The cherry blossoms are in full bloom.” Something like “Sakura wa Mankai?” Would you throw in “desu” at the end of that? I’m not very familiar with japanese sentence structure at this time :D.
